Position for Marketing Director

We are looking for a fun and energetic individual who is motivated to create great relationships with local referral sources and family members while keeping our Independent & Assisted Living community full.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales and/or marketing in retirement living, be able to create a positive atmosphere, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain outside referral sources.
• Tour prospective residents and family members.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy by following qualified leads.
• Coordinate move-in process with residents and facility staff.
• Assist with customer service requests.
• Improve resident care and overall community services.
• Attend marketing events.
